Operating has signed a strategic partnership with Solita, a leading European digital transformation company, to become the go-to tool for project staffing, resource planning, and resource allocation across Solita's operations.

With over 2,200 employees spanning multiple countries, Solita stands as a top technology, data, and design powerhouse. Operating will be instrumental in supporting Solita’s growth, enabling seamless and efficient project staffing in a complex enterprise environment.

We’re just at the start of the journey with Operating, but we’re excited about the possibilities it unlocks together with efficient staffing practices.

Antti Kinnunen Director of Operations

Solita has always been a people-centric company. With Operating, we can better match people with the right projects, ensuring everyone can focus on meaningful work where they thrive. Additionally, we will find the best experts for our customers, regardless of where experts come from, while keeping our staffing practices aligned with our growth."

Simo Paasi COO, Solita

Special thanks also to Jouko Kiuru for the active support during the whole onboarding period so far!

The whole team at OperatinI couldn’t be more excited. Everyone has worked hard to make this happen, and for us to finally be able to publish this collaboration before the end of the year feels like a great way to close the year and start focusing on the next. Up and beyond!
