Operating raised €500k in pre-seed funding

We raised our first round of funding, backed by a group of established entrepreneurs, investors, and founders of leading consulting companies. This funding will boost our go-to-market efforts in Europe and pave the way for a Nordic consulting SaaS to break out in the US market.
Why We’re Building Operating
Consulting businesses often advise their customers on internal processes but end up running their own business with disconnected spreadsheets and poor visibility, leading to significant losses in profit and efficiency. Our founders—veterans from top Nordic consultancies like Futurice, Reaktor, and Columbia Road—have struggled with this challenge firsthand. Too many companies end up building their own tooling and pay a high price for maintaining them. We have used the home-grown tools and existing SaaS apps in our past, and we have a much better solution for this.

The Operating Effect
Operating simplifies workflows by integrating with the essential tools: CRMs, HR systems, and ERPs. We're strengthening the feature set and keep introducing new value to our customers every month.
With a growing customer base in the US market, Operating is looking to boost its go-to-market efforts in North America while maintaining momentum in Europe, where we’ve hosted events and signed new customers in countries such as the UK and Germany. The first North American go-to-market trip took place earlier this fall, when CEO Lauri Eurén spent three weeks in NYC conducting discovery work and signing new contracts.
